Canadian Immigration Law

Permanent Residence and Citizenship

  • Business Immigration (Entrepreneurs, Investors, Self-Employed): People who have business experience and a minimum net worth or who can contribute to the cultural or athletic environment in Canada may immigrate in this category.
  • Skilled Worker Immigration: People who meet certain standards of education or trades with appropriate work experience and language skills may immigrate in this category.
  • Provincial Nomination: People who are specially selected by the provinces for immigration in order to contribute to that province’s economy.
